About the role
- Finance Manager overseeing customer fiduciary accounts and ensuring compliance within financial processes in a vehicle fleet management setting.
Responsibilities
- Management, maintenance and oversight of client trust accounts
- Monitoring and execution of fiduciary incoming and outgoing payments in accordance with contractual requirements
- Complete documentation of all client trust transactions and preparation of account overviews and records
- Regular account reconciliations and reporting for management, clients and audit/regulatory bodies
- Execution and oversight of system payment runs, including file import, validation and approval
- Investigation of payment returns, error messages and reconciliations between payment runs and trust accounts
- Support for general payment operations and adherence to internal compliance and control requirements
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in finance, controlling or accounting
- Experience managing trust/escrow accounts, payment operations or financial processes—ideally in a regulated environment
- Proficient with accounting or payment systems (SFirm and Diamant are a plus)
- High accuracy, sense of responsibility and a strong understanding of compliance and segregation of funds
- Enjoy structuring processes, eliminating error sources and creating transparency
- Solution-oriented working style, pragmatism and team spirit
