Responsibilities
- Oversee the game development process. Ensure the project stays on track with timelines and budget constraints.
- Lead a diverse team of designers, artists, programmers, and other staff. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Maintain the game's quality by setting high standards and conducting regular reviews. Ensure that the game meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, to align project goals and strategies.
- Oversee the project budget, including resource allocation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in game production, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing AAA game projects.
- Creative, pragmatic and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development.
- Able to drive various functions through the whole development process.
- Good organizational skills and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- English proficiency.
