About the role

• Internship in quality management and information security at Axians. Supporting process optimization and auditing activities while gaining experience during studies in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Support in quality and information security management: Actively contribute to designing and optimizing processes in collaboration with our departments.
• Document processes: Help capture and create process workflows — always in close coordination with our subject-matter experts.
• Participate in internal audits: Assist with the preparation and follow-up of internal audits and learn what to focus on.
• Analyze data: Produce statistics and reports that help us continuously improve.
• Update documents: Edit and maintain guideline and specification documents to keep them up to date.

Requirements

• You are completing an internship as part of your studies: Whether in business administration or a related degree — it is important that you have at least 5 months available for the internship.
• Analytical thinking & project awareness: You have a good sense for projects and approach tasks analytically.
• Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint are tools you can work with confidently.
• Bonus — software know-how: Ideally you already have some experience with process-modeling software such as ViFlow or Visio.
