About the role

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale cloud security initiatives, from concept through release, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met
- Drive quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, aligning engineering, product, and business priorities across global teams
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Security, and Operations teams across global locations to align priorities and dependencies
- Define program roadmaps, success metrics, and execution strategies that support organizational goals and customer needs
- Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, and provide transparent status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and drive resolution of critical issues to maintain program health
- Champion Agile with best practices, continuous improvement, and scalable processes for distributed teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for program communication, ensuring clarity and alignment across all levels
- Work overlapping hours with US and EMEA teams to ensure seamless communication and execution
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within engineering teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical program management experience in software development, preferably in cloud security or SaaS environments
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), security principles, and software development lifecycle
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum, SAFe, and modern program management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Exceptional ability to influence without authority, manage ambiguity, and drive consensus across diverse teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to executive leadership
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) preferred
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
