Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale cloud security initiatives, from concept through release, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met
Drive quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, aligning engineering, product, and business priorities across global teams
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, QA, Security, and Operations teams across global locations to align priorities and dependencies
Define program roadmaps, success metrics, and execution strategies that support organizational goals and customer needs
Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, and provide transparent status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and drive resolution of critical issues to maintain program health
Champion Agile with best practices, continuous improvement, and scalable processes for distributed teams
Act as the primary point of contact for program communication, ensuring clarity and alignment across all levels
Work overlapping hours with US and EMEA teams to ensure seamless communication and execution
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within engineering teams
Requirements
5+ years of technical program management experience in software development, preferably in cloud security or SaaS environments
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), security principles, and software development lifecycle
Proven experience with Agile/Scrum, SAFe, and modern program management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Exceptional ability to influence without authority, manage ambiguity, and drive consensus across diverse teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to executive leadership
PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) preferred
Experience working with geographically distributed teams
