About the role

Responsibilities
- Du unterstützt und berätst unsere Kunden bei technischen Fragen rund um unsere IT-Lösungen.
- Du hilfst Anwendern bei der Nutzung unserer Softwarelösung Infoma newsystem und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb.
- Du führst technische Services direkt beim Kunden durch – meist remote – z. B. auf Microsoft-SQL-Servern und Datenbanken.
- Du lernst moderne Lösungen im Cloud- und Mobility-Umfeld kennen und begleitest unsere Kunden bei der Einführung und Nutzung dieser Technologien.

Requirements
- Du hast einen guten Realschulabschluss oder ein (Fach-)Abitur
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
