About the role

Responsibilities
- Define the high-level hardware architecture and select identify possible key components
- Design and develop schematics and layouts for high-end wearable devices
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team, including mechanics, firmware developers, and optics
- Contribute to the design-for-manufacturing strategy for complex, PCB-integrated systems embedded in wearable glasses
- Hardware bring-up and test devices development
Requirements
- Completed studies or vocational training (e.g., HTL) in electrical engineering, embedded systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes
- Proven experience in HDI electronic circuit development and EMC-compliant design
- Experience in schematic design and component selection
- Knowledge of firmware and driver programming
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
