About the role
- Logistics Analyst at Vibra driving operational excellence in fuel distribution across Brazil. Focused on data analysis and efficiency in delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze operational data and logistics KPIs, proposing actionable recommendations for immediate and continuous improvement of delivery processes, tailored by region across the country;
- Develop, implement, and monitor action plans focused on operational efficiency, reducing logistics costs, and increasing the customer-perceived level of service;
- Ensure compliance with the area's strategic KPIs, such as OTIF, Logistics NPS, fleet productivity, freight savings, among others;
- Work autonomously, building your own data framework, collecting information at the sources and creating dashboards to track results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields;
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, preferably with experience applying AI;
- Knowledge of managing logistics KPIs and developing action plans;
- Preferred: Previous experience in delivery logistics, preferably in large-scale operations or last-mile delivery;
- Analytical profile with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical actions.
