Responsibilities
- Review of official publications and notifications
- Drafting and reviewing legal pleadings and documents
- Preparation of legal opinions and analyses
- Reviewing and populating case/administrative systems
- Client meetings
- Preparation of reports
- Tracking and managing incoming and closed cases
- Administrative proceedings involving bodies such as municipal authorities, Sanitary Surveillance (Vigilância Sanitária), INMETRO and ANVISA.
Requirements
- Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association)
- Completed Law degree
- Ability to handle multiple demands while prioritizing the most important
- Experience in Administrative Law (including PROCON) is a plus
- Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor

- Strong writing skills and analytical reasoning are essential
