Responsibilities
Develop and refine the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Prioritize features that deliver maximum value and generate growth.
Define and communicate the value that customers need, and work closely with engineering leadership and teams to deliver that value in intuitive, “radically simple” ways.
Support marketing and sales teams by contributing to launch plans, sales enablement materials, and marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Define key success metrics and monitor product performance and adoption to assess our success and identify learning opportunities.
Stay close to our customers, collect insights from their comments/behavior, and cultivate productive dialogue with them to keep directly informed of their needs, plans, and industry trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, GIS, or a related field.
Prior product management (or technical role) within a SaaS organization.
Direct experience in telecommunications network design, construction, or operations; FiberOptic network experience preferred.
Proven experience as a leader in a software context, preferably in telecommunications or network management.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across different parts of an organization.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
