About the role

  • Product Manager driving product vision and growth at VETRO, providing GIS solutions for telecom providers. Collaborating across teams to deliver innovative solutions and assess product performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Prioritize features that deliver maximum value and generate growth.
  • Define and communicate the value that customers need, and work closely with engineering leadership and teams to deliver that value in intuitive, “radically simple” ways.
  • Support marketing and sales teams by contributing to launch plans, sales enablement materials, and marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Define key success metrics and monitor product performance and adoption to assess our success and identify learning opportunities.
  • Stay close to our customers, collect insights from their comments/behavior, and cultivate productive dialogue with them to keep directly informed of their needs, plans, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, GIS, or a related field.
  • Prior product management (or technical role) within a SaaS organization.
  • Direct experience in telecommunications network design, construction, or operations; FiberOptic network experience preferred.
  • Proven experience as a leader in a software context, preferably in telecommunications or network management.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across different parts of an organization.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
