Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing a claims administration team
  • Handling incoming correspondence via mailbox and/or system
  • Creating and updating claims ensuring accuracy
  • Raising payments
  • Completing monthly spreadsheet returns and other claims administrative tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring team performance and implementing strategies for continuous improvement
