About the role

Requirements
- An outstanding portfolio of thoughtfully designed products
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field with 8+ years of professional UX Design experience in enterprise software, consumer products, medical devices or other relevant areas
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Fluency with industry-standard design tools and practices, including Figma
- Experience leading or managing UX design teams
- Past work on Enterprise products, AI, Data platforms, Healthcare, Medical services, or other relevant areas
- Expertise in interactive prototyping tools, including AI / “vibe coded” prototyping (Figma Make, Replit, Cursor, etc.)
