About the role
- Finance Director at G+D Mobile Security leading financial operations in Stockholm. Overseeing F&A activities and ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and organize all Finance & Accounting (F&A) activities, including accounting, controlling, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial risk management
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting in line with IFRS and local GAAP
- Act as the central financial interface to Group headquarters and external authorities
- Safeguard company assets through robust internal controls
- Lead and develop the Finance team, 7 employees, fostering a culture of growth and accountability
- Support operational management with financial insights to drive profitability and efficiency
- Manage customer contracts and vendor purchase orders in accordance with the company’s signature approval matrix
- Deliver audited year end closing packages and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines
- Represent Finance in the local Management Team and the Group Finance Community
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar leadership role
- A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven knowledge and experience with IFRS and local GAAP
- Strong understanding of financial and managerial accounting, corporate taxes, and group consolidation
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and Microsoft Office tools
- It is extra good if you have: Experience in an international corporate environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial process optimization
- A track record of driving cost savings, working capital improvements, and process efficiency
