- Project Manager overseeing energy performance and design-build construction projects at Veregy. Managing subcontractors, project execution, and communication with clients and teams to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support energy performance and design-build construction projects.
- Manage multiple subcontracting disciplines on any given project.
- Responsible for managing project execution, maintaining schedule and cost control.
- Support project development activities by obtaining pricing and scopes from trade partners.
- Ensure high-quality communication among customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct recurring project meetings with subcontractors and customers.
- Prepare and present monthly project status reports to company management.
- Maintain timely and accurate revenue and cash flow forecasts in coordination with finance and operations teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent education, or ten plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Commercial construction experience required.
- 5-8 years of project management experience in energy, mechanical/electrical, or design-build construction required.
- Knowledge of Veregy’s services and processes is required.
- Knowledge of MS Project (or equivalent schedule management software), Excel, and standard construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Monday.com, or similar).
- Knowledge of ESCO project delivery methods, energy conservation measures, and performance contracting principles preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- 25% travel to project sites and participate in field coordination when required.
