Responsibilities
Ensure that the information required for project deliverables (integrations, statements, reconciliations, files, invoices) is available within the required deadlines;
Ensure that deliverables are completed on time and meet required quality standards;
Act as the client's first point of contact for operational matters;
Provide immediate support to assistants, junior and mid-level (pleno) analysts, including hands-on training and ensuring adherence to processes;
Serve as the guardian of operational tool usage (archiving in ShP, compliance with processes in Gestta, Extranet, FTP, etc.).
Requirements
Minimum 5–6 years of experience
Knowledge of the main current statutory/ancillary filing obligations
Knowledge of key aspects of compliance with CPC standards, including new pronouncements and updates
Good communication skills

Strategic and innovative mindset
Ability to mediate between team and client
Negotiation skills and strong information-processing ability
Advanced Excel
Knowledge and practical experience with Lalur
