About the role
- Senior Accountant ensuring timely project deliverables and client support in São Paulo. Fostering team engagement while managing financial insights and operations for Verdus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the information required for project deliverables (integrations, statements, reconciliations, files, invoices) is available within the required deadlines;
- Ensure that deliverables are completed on time and meet required quality standards;
- Act as the client's first point of contact for operational matters;
- Provide immediate support to assistants, junior and mid-level (pleno) analysts, including hands-on training and ensuring adherence to processes;
- Serve as the guardian of operational tool usage (archiving in ShP, compliance with processes in Gestta, Extranet, FTP, etc.).
Requirements
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience
- Knowledge of the main current statutory/ancillary filing obligations
- Knowledge of key aspects of compliance with CPC standards, including new pronouncements and updates
