Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns (online and offline) with a focus on performance and continuous learning;
- Implement, monitor, and optimize marketing automation flows, connecting campaigns, content, and different stages of the customer journey;
- Manage nurture, relationship, and engagement workflows, ensuring consistency of messaging, timing, and segmentation;
- Design and monitor the evolution of automated flows in new channels, such as WhatsApp and other direct engagement tools;
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs for campaigns, automations, and journeys (engagement, conversion, retention, etc.);
- Run A/B tests on campaigns, workflows, messages, and communication approaches;
- Build performance reports and dashboards to support decision-making;
- Support media planning and budget allocation;
- Work collaboratively with Content and CX teams to optimize messaging, channels, and experiences;
- Ensure organization, quality, and reliability of the team's data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Practical experience implementing and managing marketing automation flows, especially in RD Station;
- Experience designing and optimizing automated customer journeys, connecting campaigns, content, and different funnel stages;
- Experience analyzing performance, metrics, and indicators for relationship/engagement campaigns;
- Ability to connect data, automation, and communication to the customer experience;
- Preferred qualifications: Experience with WhatsApp automations or other engagement platforms; knowledge of BI, digital media/advertising, or CRM.
