About the role
- FP&A Manager handling financial discipline and operational efficiency for R&D and G&A at Vercel. Driving planning, forecasting, and reporting while improving spend management.
Responsibilities
- Own the R&D + G&A spend envelope (OpEx + headcount) across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and G&A functions.
- Run planning and forecasting for your areas, including annual planning, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly updates.
- Lead workforce planning with bottoms-up headcount models and a dollar-based resource envelope.
- Partner with Procurement to manage internal tooling and SaaS spend to drive cost optimization.
- Lead monthly BvA reviews and a decision-making cadence to improve reporting and accrual accuracy.
