About the role

  • Corporate customer advisor developing individual financial solutions for regional businesses. Collaborating closely with internal specialists and senior management in Paderborn.

Responsibilities

  • Holistic advisory: As the primary contact for your clients, you develop tailored financial solutions together with our internal specialists.
  • Financing and risk expertise: You prepare and evaluate complex financing structures and credit commitments from both a commercial and risk-oriented perspective.
  • Representation: You represent our Volksbank as a trusted contact within the regional business community and build long-term partnerships.
  • Shaping and development: You work closely with managers and the executive board, contributing your ideas to the ongoing development of our corporate client advisory services.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a bank clerk (Bankkaufmann/-frau), ideally complemented by further qualifications such as Bankfachwirt / Bankbetriebswirt or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in corporate client advisory or business customer consulting
  • Confident, professional presence and a strong commercial/business acumen
  • Enjoy building and expanding long-term client relationships and a willingness to take on responsibility and continue developing professionally.
