About the role

  • Apprentice Account Manager supporting client relationships and project management in a professional environment at Henner for 12 months. Involved in client communications and team collaboration tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in managing the group's clients and partners
  • Support the monitoring of client portfolios
  • Participate in managing relationships with clients and partners
  • Contribute to the preparation of responses to calls for tender / RFPs
  • Assist in developing communication materials for prospects

Requirements

  • You are pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Management, or Insurance
  • You place great value on service and your interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and partners
  • You have strong adaptability and enjoy working in a team
  • You have a professional level of English, both oral and written
  • You are proficient with office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
