About the role

  • Specialist in generational consulting and succession planning at a financial planning center in Paderborn. Consulting private clients on provision and succession topics while developing tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Advise our private clients on retirement provision and succession planning in a specialist role
  • Develop tailored solutions for our clients in collaboration with the responsible client advisor
  • Support market colleagues with cross-selling by identifying signals and passing them on
  • Act as the specialist point of contact for generational consulting
  • Work closely with internal alliance partners and external network partners to implement clients' wishes and objectives

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in banking or completed training/degree in tax or legal fields
  • Market and sales experience
  • High level of empathy, strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Self-organization and ability to work independently
  • Proactivity, commitment and team spirit
