About the role

  • Senior Analyst in HR and Compensation for ECCOX, focusing on development processes and remuneration policies. Involves performance evaluation, career planning, and people analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full performance evaluation cycle (methodology definition, administration, monitoring and calibration)
  • Design and evolve development programs, including learning paths, training initiatives and actions aimed at employee growth
  • Structure and implement career plans, defining progression criteria, levels and internal movements
  • Develop, review and maintain the job and salary structure, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Support the definition and management of fixed and variable compensation policies, including bonuses, incentives and retention programs
  • Perform people analytics, transforming data into actionable insights to support decision-making
  • Act as a partner to leadership, supporting performance management, feedback and team development
  • Create and document organizational development policies, processes and workflows, ensuring standardization and scalability
  • Monitor market trends related to compensation, development and organizational culture

Requirements

  • Solid experience in compensation (job and salary structures, organizational structure)
  • Experience with performance evaluation and performance management
  • Experience in training and organizational development
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
  • Advanced English
  • Preferably experience in technology or services companies
  • Preferably experience with People Analytics
  • Preferably experience with career planning
