About the role
- Dynamics 365 Architect leading internal deployment and strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Customizing solutions and interfacing with finance clients in a hybrid MSP environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the internal deployment and strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business and client requirements.
- Develop custom entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations using Power Platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define CRM use cases and align solutions with business goals.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 CRM across the organization.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
- Mentor and train internal staff to build in-house Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Interface with clients in the finance sector to deliver tailored CRM solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of CRM processes and user experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Proven expertise in CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
- Strong understanding of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience working with financial services clients or regulated industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced MSP environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
