Responsibilities

  • Analyze digital metrics, user behavior, and product performance to generate insights and commercial opportunities;
  • Develop media and performance strategies aligned with client briefs and product objectives;
  • Identify business opportunities based on data, trends, and target audience behavior;
  • Create strategic projects and new commercial formats that connect platforms and audiences;
  • Produce structured presentations with a sales narrative and deliver presentations to internal teams, partners, and clients;
  • Support leadership and operate with a high degree of autonomy, including representing the team in meetings and trainings;
  • Monitor market trends, digital consumption, and new monetization opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
  • Experience with digital metrics, performance analysis, and user behavior;
  • Ability to structure narratives and executive-level presentations;
  • Strong communication skills and confidence delivering internal and external presentations;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Canva;
  • Knowledge of media planning (CPM, CPC, basic investment models);
  • Experience with performance media;
  • Fluent English;
  • Experience with digital products or content/sports platforms.
