Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a complete understanding of our products, the usability of the GloboAds platform, and best practices;
Serve as the primary point of contact after deal close, managing expectations and delivering value during the first days of the customer journey;
Monitor clients' media performance metrics and propose proactive actions to increase platform usage and perceived ROI;
Identify bottlenecks, friction points, and opportunities for automation in the onboarding and delivery processes;
Conduct client meetings and follow-ups with a consultative approach, helping clients extract maximum value from the solution;
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure deliveries and ongoing improvements across the customer lifecycle;
Use CRM (Salesforce) to record all interactions and keep the post-sales pipeline up to date;
Support the sales team by maintaining close client relationships after delivery, generating insights for personalized offers that increase purchase recurrence;
Support cross-sell and up-sell strategies based on client profiles and behavior.
Requirements
Previous experience in Customer Success, Post-Sales, Onboarding, or related areas;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong problem-diagnosis skills and a solution-oriented mindset;
Organized, autonomous, and highly proactive in finding solutions;
Experience working with advertising clients;
Consultative profile with a focus on sales and business development;
