About the role

  • Sales Effectiveness Manager focusing on enhancing sales processes for the Deutschschweiz region at Vaudoise in Zurich with a strategic role in the management team.

Responsibilities

  • Train all relevant stakeholders in the use of the implemented tools
  • Represent the sales organization of German-speaking Switzerland in cross-functional projects
  • Ensure efficient and constructive coordination between sales managers and agency managers
  • Harmonize working methods with Romandy and Ticino
  • Co-design and further develop reporting and processes to support smooth sales operations

Requirements

  • Higher education in insurance, finance and/or marketing, or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or the insurance sector
  • Strong proficiency in the use of IT tools
  • Native German speaker with very good knowledge of French
  • Willingness to travel throughout German-speaking Switzerland
