Responsibilities
Provide technical support and guidance to your team members in handling accounting tasks, especially those related to treasury
Organize, plan and coordinate your team’s activities: lead meetings, conduct one-on-one reviews, manage cover and absences
Support your colleagues and trainees (6 people) and ensure correct application of accounting rules
Contribute to divisional projects as the accounting subject-matter expert
Supervise and perform daily accounting operations, reconciliation work and period closings
Support the Vaud agencies and other departments on accounting-related questions
Requirements
Federal diploma in finance and accounting or higher accounting qualification (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, HEC degree, fiduciary agent diploma)
Proven experience in accounting (minimum 5 years)
Experienced leader, recognized for your ability to motivate teams, foster a positive working atmosphere and support staff development, while making effective decisions in demanding environments
Native French speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good command of German (minimum B2 level)
Strong knowledge of Excel and modern ERP systems for accounting entries and reconciliations
