About the role

  • Vendor Management Administrator leading vendor relationships and performance monitoring for Vanguard. Requires strong project management and stakeholder management background with emphasis on vendor risk oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes and maintains vendor relationships
  • Negotiate favorable pricing in partnership with ESM
  • Reports on vendor performance and reviews SOC reports
  • Oversees vendor risk and manages incidents
  • Leads the management of vendor relationships of moderate to high scope and complexity
  • Maintains active and positive relationships with designated points of contact with key vendors
  • Leads the monitoring of post contract performance of the vendor based on performance across major risk domains and makes change recommendations
  • Develops and maintains strong internal and external relationships

Requirements

  • Three years related work experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Stakeholder management experience is required
  • Project management experience is required
  • Supply chain or procurement experience is helpful
