About the role

  • Client Account Executive managing mid-size client relationships at Vanguard. Responsible for client retention, satisfaction, and growth while developing strong relationships with key decision makers.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the retention, satisfaction, and growth of clients
  • Develops and communicates strategic business plans for current clients
  • Implements long term relationship retention & growth strategies
  • Strategically navigates client organizations
  • Leads and executes on RFP and re-bid processes
  • Achieves established sales, satisfaction and retention goals
  • Coaches internal teams towards achieving book of business strategy
  • Facilitates strong business support
  • Influences and collaborates with divisional business partners
  • Coaches, collaborates, and provides insight and direction to less experienced sales executives

Requirements

  • Five years financial services experience
  • At least three years in a senior level client or prospect relationship role
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC)
