About the role

Responsibilities
- Support and further development of SAP HCM applications with a focus on Personnel Administration, Organizational Management and Payroll
- Ensuring end-to-end HR processes including interfaces, reporting and legal/regulatory requirements
- Responsibility for customizing, fault analysis and test concept/design within the HCM area
- Coordination with stakeholders from business departments, IT and external partners
- Contributing to change & release management, quality assurance and integration with SAP SuccessFactors and adjacent systems
- Active participation in projects for digitalization and process optimization in the HR domain
Requirements
- Several years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY)
- Experience with SAP reports, SAP Query and ad-hoc analyses
- SAP HCM customizing knowledge in schema/rule maintenance (PY/BT), integrations with SuccessFactors, Portal & Fiori
- Change & release management experience including requirements analysis, documentation and test planning
- Quality assurance: review of customizing/code and coordination of test runs
- Project experience: involvement in HR digitalization projects, implementation of new tools and processes
- Strong communication and prioritization skills; confident handling of competing requirements
