About the role

Responsibilities
- As a member of our Purchasing Department, you will work to ensure tightly coordinated supply chains and apply the latest innovations in the automotive industry.
- Strong background in managing supplier performance, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement using methodologies such as Six Sigma or equivalent approaches.
- Proficiency with relevant tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Minitab or equivalent), combined with the ability to manage engineering changes and analyze key quality KPIs effectively.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a comparable technical field
- 5–8 years of experience in Quality or Supplier Quality Management within electronics, including at least 3 years of hands‑on supplier management (complaints, audits, PPAP, APQP, escalations)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their impact on quality, supported by experience managing multiple supplier-related development projects and using tools such as SAP or Minitab
- Proven experience overseeing multiple procurement and product development projects, and a solid grasp of various manufacturing processes and associated risks across the product lifecycle
- Ability to produce clear documentation and reports, and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent written and spoken English; German or Finnish proficiency is an advantage.
