- Cost Engineer responsible for accurate cost estimations for various energy projects at Alliander. Collaborating with project teams to provide cost-effective solutions within the Dutch energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Opstellen van kostprijsramingen voor diverse projecten
- Beoordelen, vergelijken en benchmarken van prijsopgaven en offertes van aannemers ten behoeve van kostenbeheersing en besluitvorming
- Analyseren van projectdocumentatie om een nauwkeurige kostenraming te maken en begrotingen te toetsen
- Bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van kostenbeheersingsprocessen tijdens het ontwerp en de ontwikkeling hiervan
- Adviseren van projectteams over kostenefficiënte oplossingen en alternatieve uitvoeringsmethoden
- Financieel onderbouwen van potentiële risico’s en het ontwikkelen van strategieën om deze te minimaliseren
Requirements
- Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau
- 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in de ondergrondse infra of GWW
- Analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail
- Het vermogen om het grote geheel te overzien
