Responsibilities
Responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated and manual test strategies for the VoIP project
Manage and coordinate activities related to equipment over Switzerland, in close collaboration with the maintenance team
Build and maintain accessible, stable physical and virtual test environments for diverse user needs
Conduct projects and changes aiming to guarantee the continuity of Air-Ground/Ground-Ground communication services for the Air Traffic Control (ATC)
Analyse test results, document findings, and support troubleshooting to ensure quality in safety‑critical contexts
Design and document automated test strategies, identifying meaningful areas for automation
Develop, refine, and maintain automation scripts and frameworks, ensuring reliable execution across platforms
Execute tests (e.g. manual, automated, system, integration, and regression), handle environment setup and defect reproduction
Requirements
Engineer with master or bachelor degree in electronics/telecommunications (or equivalent)
Proven expertise in Test Automation and DevOps Engineering Stack (e.g. Python, Squish, Robot Framework, TTworkbench)
Strong knowledge of OS (Linux / Microsoft)
Network and common voice and data communication protocols (analogue, IP, VoIP)
Knowledge of VoIP standard EUROCAE protocols know-how would be an asset
Proficient in German and English written and orally, good command in French is a plus.
