About the role
- Assistant Project Manager supporting the execution of architectural projects. Collaborating with teams and clients to ensure project success while managing scope, budget, and schedule.
Responsibilities
- Assists in leading project teams and supports the delivery of projects in accordance with the project’s scope, budget, and schedule.
- Help maintain positive working relationships within the design team and client counterparts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the organization of project information and may participate in site visits and client meetings as needed to facilitate communication and information exchange.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in the architecture & engineering industry
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering
- Professional registration is a plus but not required
- Experience with Capital Development Board projects and/or municipal projects
- Desire to move into a project management leadership position over time
- Must possess exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
