About the role

Responsibilities
- Define a clear product roadmap that aligns with the vision of the company's goals and key stakeholders.
- Translate the product capability needs and priorities to the development and cross functional teams.
- Participate in the discovery process and conduct research to identify user stories.
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure the application addresses user requirements and standards.
- Prioritize and maintain a well-groomed product backlog, breakdown epics and features to well defined user stories.
- Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, demos and retrospectives.
- Oversee the product release, continuously monitor/analyze product performance.
- Actively engage and collaborate with business, stake holders and other cross functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in an Agile environment.
- Experience managing multiple backlogs, large enterprise initiatives involving multiple teams.
- Proven experience leading customer facing web/mobile application.
- Domain knowledge of Lumber, Building Materials, Construction industry a plus.
- Strong understanding of SCRUM and managing backlogs using Azure Dev Ops.
- Skill in having both technical and non-technical conversations.
- Ability to analyze results and metrics and take data driven decisions.
- Understanding of application development and relevant technologies.
- Agile Certifications are preferred.
