Responsibilities
Define a clear product roadmap that aligns with the vision of the company's goals and key stakeholders.
Translate the product capability needs and priorities to the development and cross functional teams.
Participate in the discovery process and conduct research to identify user stories.
Collaborate with UX designers to ensure the application addresses user requirements and standards.
Prioritize and maintain a well-groomed product backlog, breakdown epics and features to well defined user stories.
Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, demos and retrospectives.
Oversee the product release, continuously monitor/analyze product performance.
Actively engage and collaborate with business, stake holders and other cross functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in an Agile environment.
Experience managing multiple backlogs, large enterprise initiatives involving multiple teams.
Proven experience leading customer facing web/mobile application.
Domain knowledge of Lumber, Building Materials, Construction industry a plus.
Strong understanding of SCRUM and managing backlogs using Azure Dev Ops.
Skill in having both technical and non-technical conversations.
Ability to analyze results and metrics and take data driven decisions.
Understanding of application development and relevant technologies.
Agile Certifications are preferred.
