Responsibilities
- Lead, consult and oversee multiple architectural engagements across the Power Enterprise Solutions IT organization
- Lead end-to-end SAP PP, QM, and S&OP implementations
- Interface with business process owners and functional leaders to map out existing and future processes
- Act as the subject matter expert for SAP ERP processes
- Gather requirements and collaborate with functional partners
- Ensure compliance with application policies across all applications
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
- Demonstrate influence with functional and development partners
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technology
- Organize project teams and manage program execution of multiple interdependent projects
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on implementation experience in SAP PP/QM and S&OP modules
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM Majors
- A minimum of 6 years of SAP Implementations in PP/QM modules
- Strong expertise in S &OP Process
- Strong global team player
- Self-starter - requires minimal direction to accomplish goals
- Strong track record of understanding and interest in emerging technologies and industry activities
- Ability to manage third party partner teams to drive successful outcomes
- Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analysis skills
