Serve as an administrative support resource for the Division of Hematology
Perform a wide range of administrative and operational duties across mission areas
Prepare spreadsheets, correspondence, reports and presentations
Manage supply inventory and handle information requests
Plan conferences and meetings
Answer main phone line and provide assistance to patients and families
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Business Administration or related field
Two years of professional experience; or Masters degree in related field
Advanced knowledge of medical office operations
Advanced knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and other personal computer applications
Knowledge of 340b business operational standard and HRSA compliance
