About the role

  • HR Analyst for Grupo Doce D’ocê calculating vacations and dismissals, managing personnel documentation. Supporting the HR department with various tasks and maintaining employee records.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate individual and collective vacation pay, ensuring compliance with applicable labor legislation;
  • Perform termination calculations, verifying dismissal payments, taxes and contributions;
  • Organize, control and file documents related to labor claims, providing support to the legal department when necessary;
  • Prepare reports and controls to monitor vacations, terminations and other departmental routines;
  • Keep employee records up to date, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information;
  • Support other Personnel Department activities as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Experience in personnel department routines, especially in calculating vacations and terminations;
  • Knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Experience with the Senior system;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
