About the role

  • GTM Readiness Lead in payment solutions company driving holistic GTM plans for product launches and revenue maximization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful market readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Building rollout and launch plans
  • Enabling the business to bring new or enhanced solutions to market successfully
  • Acts as a liaison with a number of cross-functional stakeholders as required.
  • Drives alignment from Tech Ready to General Availability (GA), enabling new revenue streams and accelerating sales growth across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Eight to ten plus years of experience in project management activities
  • Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Merchant payment knowledge is bonus
