About the role
- Business Banking Relationship Analyst partnering with Relationship Manager(s) to manage client relationships and the loan portfolio. Contributing to profitability and growth by expanding existing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Partner with assigned Relationship Manager(s) to successfully manage Business Banking relationships and the loan portfolio
- Contribute to the profitability and growth of Business Banking by retaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
- Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive written analysis
- Manage credit quality within the team’s credit portfolio
- Provide guidance to customers and identify opportunities to deepen and expand existing relationships
- Manage credit risk and respond to prospect or customer credit questions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Two to three years of Business Banking experience
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of bank products and services that results in successfully capitalizing on all opportunities to deepen the relationship
- Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure
- Demonstrated understanding of intermediate financial accounting and analysis
- Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships
