About the role

  • MarTech Lead for Property and Casualty responsibility includes driving USAA's marketing technology strategy and leading an agile team to execute capabilities for business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the quarterback for the P&C marketing technology strategy
  • Drive execution of Association-wide capabilities while delivering business outcomes
  • Lead an agile team focused on leveraging Association-wide MarTech capabilities within P&C
  • Ensure seamless integration and alignment with Association standards
  • Champion a data-first approach, power segmentation and decisioning
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable compliant solutions
  • Mentor talent and influence Association strategy
  • Manage risk associated with business activities
  • Conduct research and apply industry best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
  • 8 years Marketing Technology experience, including Digital/Technology experience in Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, Analytics, and/or Research/Testing
  • Advanced degree and 6 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience may qualify
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Technology/Digital products and emerging technology platforms, applications, data analysis and research techniques and standards
  • Proven track record developing, influencing, presenting and communicating highly complex business, digital, or technology concepts to cross-functional teams, non-technical users and senior leadership
