About the role
- Senior Manager Linerless managing EMEIA sales team for UPM's linerless segment. Identifying and developing customer relationships while contributing to innovation and product management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Linerless Sale Team in EMEIA to identify, develop and manage existing customers and business opportunities.
- Build and establish business relationships, promote, sell Linerless and close the deal.
- Contribute with internal functions to innovation and product range management.
- Develop and implement sales plans, activities and campaigns for an assigned geography, market segment or particular customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and targets.
- Monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and adapt procedures or reallocate resources.
- Negotiate sales with new customers and actively liaise with customers.
- Contribute to the development of sales, customer retention, pricing and distribution strategies for area of responsibility through provision of market intelligence and customer information.
Requirements
- You have a university degree/education in relevant field and/or min. 3-7 years of experience in a similar role or field
- You have experience in the specific end use areas of retail and logistics
- Knowledge of the linerless, packaging or labelling market and industry
- You are able to transform end user needs to business opportunities
- You possess sales processes knowledge and communication/networking skills
- You demonstrate high integrity, initiative, and leadership, with a proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
- You are fluent in English ; knowledge of other languages is considered an asset
