About the role
- Closet Sales and Design Consultant working directly with homeowners through in-home consultations. Designing custom closet solutions and ensuring exceptional service throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and preferences
- Design custom closet systems using our software tools
- Present proposals and provide accurate estimates
- Utilize online tools provided by Up Closets along with in-person networking to generate leads
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure flawless execution
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design and installation process
- Maintain a clean and professional workspace and appearance
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in closet design or a related/transferable field
- Solid understanding of construction materials and techniques
- Proficiency with design software and general tech-savviness
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
