About the role
- Lead QA efforts by creating and automating test plans, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating closely with developers and product owners. Drive test automation and quality assurance across multi-environment deployments, leveraging modern tools and AI where appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive test plans and cases for new features
- Automate a minimum of 50% of test cases before development readiness, achieving 100% automation prior to release
- Regularly update and maintain automation tests
- Collaborate with developers and product owners for optimal test coverage
- Identify, document, and analyse issues for quick resolutions
- Follow company quality assurance guidelines
- Engage in code reviews to uphold coding standards
- Set up and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Conduct Multi-Environment Testing
- Actively use and adapt AI tools in daily QA tasks
Requirements
- Possess a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Extensive experience in QA routines such as planning, estimating, automating, maintaining, and bug reporting
- Exhibit creativity in testing methodologies; think outside the box
- Capable of making informed decisions independently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and locations in Europe
- Experience in finance or fintech sectors is advantageous but not mandatory
- QA Tech Stack: Java 21 with Spring Boot 3.2.3/3.5.6, Maven, JUnit 5, Selenide 7.4.0/Selenium WebDriver, REST Assured, Allure 2.25.0, Lombok, Kafka, MariaDB
