About the role
- Projektkoordinator overseeing project management with structured planning and collaboration with the Product Owner. Focused on project governance and stakeholder reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support and implementation of company-wide projects through holistic planning, execution and evaluation
- Project definition and governance: preparation of project mandates, risk analyses, board submissions, contract management with external partners, and establishment of structured project documentation
- Project organization: setting up organizational and process structures
- Time and milestone planning: developing realistic schedules, monitoring adherence and identifying deviations
- Reporting: preparing reports for the executive board and stakeholders
- Cost management: cost planning and monitoring
- Supporting decision-making: close collaboration with the Product Owner to enable well-informed decisions
Requirements
- Qualification through certified project management training and knowledge of various project methodologies
- Experience in holistic planning, execution and evaluation of projects, including cross-disciplinary or novel topics
- Solid experience with traditional and agile project management methods
- Good knowledge of common project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas as well as legal, regulatory and contractual requirements
- Good business/financial acumen
- Ability to convincingly steer and lead project teams (lateral leadership)
- Strong communication skills
- Solution-oriented thinking and acting
