About the role
- Consultant role at UNITY focusing on Cyber Security strategies and implementations for various clients. Collaborating with teams on transformative projects in an innovative consulting environment.
Responsibilities
- Together with our teams, you advise our clients on the development, implementation and deployment of appropriate cyber security strategies.
- You support the transformation and thereby contribute to sustainable and robust security programs.
- Develop roadmaps and concepts with our consulting teams for corporate and mid-market clients to optimize their security — aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements and market conditions.
- Support gap analyses, assess maturity levels and create tailored cyber security strategies based on the findings.
- Create engaging training modules and interactive exercise environments.
- Help ensure cyber strategies are embedded and adopted.
- Design management systems for risk-based security organizations to effectively protect against cyber threats.
- Work closely with clients and their service providers, share your expertise in training sessions and presentations as well as internally, and further develop our client relationships.
- Lead and take responsibility for complex projects to implement and optimize cyber security initiatives.
Requirements
- (Junior: initial) experience in cyber security projects and exposure to project, process, transformation and architecture management.
- Affinity for technology, with initial exposure to AI and its potential applications in a consulting environment.
- Basic commercial knowledge of fundamental business and economic relationships in projects and organizations.
- Knowledge of or experience with standards and frameworks such as NIS-2, DORA or KRITIS.
- Clear and concise communication and presentation skills in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2).
- Successfully completed degree with above-average results in (business) computer science or another technical or business-related field.
- Analytical skills, a drive to shape solutions and strong implementation capability.
- Curiosity, motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset to advance topics independently.
