- Lead client-facing roles, delivering reports, presentations, and acting as the key contact for projects with clients and vendors.
- Execute network and security projects, collaborating with global teams and vendors, and ensuring successful implementation in critical environments.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in network and security support and implementation.
- Networking & Security Protocols: Experience with network devices, Cisco and Cisco Meraki.
- Technical Competencies: Proficient in cloud and network security platforms like SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Infoblox, etc.
- Strong knowledge in network monitoring tools and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Strong presentation and reporting skills for client-facing interactions.
- Willingness to travel and be on-call outside regular business hours and weekends.
- Advanced proficiency in English for client and vendor interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in technology-related field.
- CCNA or CCNP certification.
