Responsibilities
Control the execution, consolidation and publication of IT indicators, including IT processes, IT risks, IT projects and IT finance.
Support the definition and compliance verification of IT processes and the methodologies that underpin IT project management, and escalate improvement needs.
Participate in training sessions with other IT staff on the use of methodologies and tools for demand and project management, as well as tools that support other IT processes.
Support responses to internal and external audits by compiling the required information.
Assist in the execution of the IT Risk Management process, including for IT projects.
Support IT areas in developing the IT service continuity plan based on the business-prioritized critical processes, and confirm whether project scopes consider reviewing and adjusting this plan, when applicable.
Support the execution of IT service continuity tests according to the guidelines established for deploying changes in production environments.
Assist in training IT teams on the use of IT Risk, IT Compliance and IT Service Continuity processes, or on Traditional and Agile project methodologies.
Support the preparation and control of the IT and Projects budget plan, considering investment needs and resource allocation to meet agreed service levels and projects.
Understand and monitor the administrative aspects of contracts, legal aspects, compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), financial execution and its conformity with the organization’s policies.
Control cost recovery through criteria for allocating IT costs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting or other equivalent fields in Information Technology or Finance.
Experience implementing IT governance models based on market frameworks (e.g., ITIL and/or COBIT).
Proficiency in using methodologies and tools for process mapping and documentation.
Proficiency in using metrics and dashboards.
