- Translate operational and business requirements into effective system parameterizations, supporting efficiency in billing, costing, supplies, scheduling and patient care.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology or related fields.
- Technical Experience: Solid experience in master data and parameterization/configuration processes in Hospital Management Systems (ERP).
- Billing Knowledge: Technical mastery of market billing tables (TUSS, AMB, CBHPM, Brasíndice and Simpro).
- Business Rules: Deep knowledge of eligibility rules, hospital pricing and service packages.
- Office Suite: Intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Preferred: Postgraduate specialization in Health Audit or Health Systems Management.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Advanced familiarity with ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations.
- Project Experience: Previous experience implementing new modules or migrating hospital systems.
- Training Skills: Experience creating manuals and delivering user training.
