About the role
- Product Manager supporting digital customer journeys through Unimed partner companies. Collaborating on software product life cycles and customer satisfaction initiatives in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the success of the customer’s digital journey through Unimed’s partner and affiliate companies, supporting initiatives that promote customer satisfaction and integration across solutions.
- Monitor the software product lifecycle of partner companies, supporting high-quality deliveries that meet customer needs;
- Serve as a liaison between the technical teams of the Sinergia platforms;
- Support prioritization of features, integrations, and improvements, considering impacts across the full product ecosystem;
- Map and analyze the customer journey to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation;
- Help reduce product overlaps and strengthen integrations that increase delivered value;
- Support the financial team in aligning product decisions with financial metrics and business objectives;
- Participate in building the digital journey strategy together with other team members;
- Monitor product performance through metrics and feedback, proposing continuous adjustments;
- Support planning and alignment meetings across cross-functional teams;
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitors, and technologies relevant to the sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
- Previous experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in environments with multiple products or companies;
- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and handle competing priorities;
- Strong analytical skills and product vision;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Experience with software products and systems integration is desirable;
