Responsibilities
- Perform technical audits of accounts, medical records and care processes, assessing compliance with clinical protocols, institutional guidelines, regulatory standards and applicable legislation.
- Review prescriptions, nursing progress notes and other care records, verifying clinical coherence, technical adequacy and completeness of information.
- Issue well‑founded technical opinions, documenting findings, nonconformities and opportunities for improvement in accordance with the criteria established by the auditing area.
- Support the technical validation of procedures, materials, medications and therapies according to applicable care and regulatory criteria.
- Contribute to the identification and mitigation of care‑related, legal and financial risks associated with audited processes.
- Support the standardization of audit processes and workflows, contributing to the continuous improvement of care quality.
- Stay updated on regulatory standards, clinical protocols and best practices in health auditing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (active and valid registration with the Regional Nursing Council).
- Basic knowledge of health auditing, technical auditing or clinical auditing.
- Knowledge of care protocols, clinical guidelines and healthcare best practices.
- Introductory knowledge of legislation and regulations applicable to supplementary healthcare and/or hospital care.
- Ability to prepare technical records and reports clearly and objectively.
