Responsibilities
Addressing Financial Advisors' (FAs') inquiries to gain insights into their common requirements.
Conducting training for FAs on system utilization and enabling them to effectively communicate system functionalities to clients.
Managing the comprehensive relationship lifecycle with the aforementioned clients.
Developing a Financial Advisor and customer dashboard tailored to meet their specific needs.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or UX/UI.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with discerning clients.
Proficient in creating high-quality presentations using software like Microsoft PowerPoint or Canva.
Possess foundational knowledge of Investment principles.
Exhibits critical thinking skills and the capacity to propose enhancements for the customer experience.
Available to work full-time (5 days/week) and able to start as soon as possible
